Le concert unique du 28 septembre aura lieu à 20h00 dans l’atmosphère incroyable du Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles, au cœur de Bruxelles. «Le Château ambulant de Howl», «Nausicaä de la vallée du vent», «Spirited Away» et «My Neighbor Totoro» — vous entendrez des bandes sonores d’un charme fantastique tirées de dessins animés célèbres dans le monde entier et créées par le plus grand compositeur japonais moderne, Jo Hisaishi. Au cours de sa longue carrière, Jo Hisaishi a beaucoup travaillé sur des musiques de films, d’anime, de jeux vidéo, de télévision et de publicité. Il a également créé la musique des Jeux paralympiques de 1998 à Nagano. Les œuvres les plus célèbres de Hisaishi sont celles des films cultes de Takeshi Kitano et, bien sûr, des dessins animés de Hayao Miyazaki.

Hisaishi et Miyazaki sont une union de créateurs aussi brillants l’un que l’autre. On ne saura jamais avec certitude si les films de Miyazaki sont devenus géniaux grâce à la musique de Hisaishi ou si la musique de Hisaishi est devenue géniale grâce aux films de Miyazaki.

Jo Hisaishi est l’un des plus célèbres compositeurs japonais. Il a publié son premier album «Information» en 1982.En 1983, Isao Takahata a recommandé le jeune compositeur Hayao Miyazaki pour écrire l’album accompagnant le manga Nausicaä de la vallée du vent.Miyazaki a tellement apprécié le travail de Hisaishi qu’il l’a invité à écrire la musique du film Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.Le travail de Hisaishi sur Nausicaa l’a rendu célèbre. En guise de remerciement, il a travaillé sur tous les films suivants de Miyazaki.

Hisaishi a reçu un nombre record de fois (quatre) les Japanese Film Academy Awards dans la catégorie «Meilleure musique de film«.Trois d’entre eux sont des récompenses pour la musique des films de Takeshi Kitano. «Sonatine» (1993), «The Boys Are Back» (1996), «Fireworks» (1997). Il a également composé les bandes originales des films de Kitano Scenes by the Sea (1992), Kikujiro (1999), Brother of the Yakuza (2001), Dolls (2002) et Yamato (2005).

Op 28 september om 20.00u vindt een uitzonderlijk concert plaats in de sfeervolle concertzaal van het Koninklijk Conservatorium in hartje Brussel. «Howl’s Moving Castle», «Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind», «Spirited Away» en «My Neighbor Totoro» — U hoort iconische soundtracks uit wereldberoemde tekenfilms van het grootste Japanse creative duo Hayao Miyazaki en Jo Hisaishi. Duik in de wereld van deze fantastische muziek met een kleurrijke en gepassioneerde uitvoering door het hedendaagse «Mystery Ensemble». Plezier voor het hele gezin gegarandeerd!

Gedurende zijn lange carrière schreef Hisaishi de meest diverse muziek voor film, anime, computerspellen, televisie en reclamespots. Hij componeerde ook de muziek voor de Paralympische Spelen van 1998 in Nagano. Zijn bekendste composities zijn die voor de cultfilms van Takeshi Kitano en uiteraard de tekenfilms van Hayao Miyazaki.
